LE SCUDERIE: It is a is a country-house on 2 levels, it sleeps up to 9 persons in 5 bedrooms (4 double and 1 single).

GROUND FLOOR: livingroom with fireplace, kitchen (fully equipped, also with dishwasher and oven), diningroom with terrace, 2 bathrooms, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom. UPPER FLOOR: livingroom with fireplace, kitchen (fully equipped, also with dishwasher and microwave), 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms. FACILITIES: Satellite TV. Private heating. Stereo/Cd player. Swimmingpool. Private outside space in our park equipped with table and chairs in order to eat or relax open air. Barbecue. Laundry room with washing machine.

For small groups of 4 or 5 persons, it is possible to rent only half of the Scuderie Villa, since Scuderie may be divided into 2 apartments, each one with its own private entrance and private outdoor patio.

Recently renovated with care, the ancient stables of the estate have been transformed into two large apartments each one with its private entrances (the one at the ground-floor sleeps 4; the one at the upper-floor sleeps 5), joined together on request by an internal staircase . WE PREFER TO RENT IT AS A SINGLE HOUSE FOR 9 PERSONS.

On the ground floor, from a large stone patio you enter into a huge livingroom with an impressive fireplace dating back to the XVII Century. Then you have a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with changing room. There is also a large double bedroom decorated with an amusing trompe l’oeil, and a second bathroom with changing room. The cozy kitchen, leading out to the patio, has a wood-burning oven that is original to the house, as well as a normal stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and dish-washer.

The upperfloor, which can be accessed from a panoramic terrace by climbing just only 3 stairs, opens up to a lovely livingroom with an old stone fireplace and a small kitchen. At this floor there are also three bedrooms: the pink room with a romantic queen-size bed, the yellow room with a queen-size restored antique bed, and the green room with a single bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, and one even has a full-size bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. Satellite TV available.
The large patio has an antique stone table that faces the valley of the Greve River with its cool woods and terraced vineyards, which represent the characteristic countryside of the “true” Chianti region.
