Our prices always include:
- electricity;
- water;
- gas for cooking;
- one set of linens for bed and bath per week;
- towels for the kitchen;
- one cot for baby 0-3 years old (please specify us if you need it); the second cot, if requested, costs 15 euro/night
- free use of the swimmingpool (6x12 metres) and its facilities like sun-beds, umbrellas, etc;
- free (safe) parking inside our property;
- barbecue in our park at our guests disposal;
- Tv-sat and stereo/cd in each house;
- we book for free for our guests the tickets to visit the Uffizi and/or the Accademia museums so that you do not have to queue for hours in order to get in

Not included in our prices:
- final cleanings, to be paid before your departure, for a total of 200 Euros for whom is renting the whole property (100 euros per Il Villino and 100 euros per le Scuderie);
- extra or daily cleanings on request (10 euros per each hour of cleanings. Please consider that we need at least 3 or 4 hours to clean each house)
- heating (max 90 Euros per day)
- changes of bedlinen or towels (15 euros per bed / 20 euros per changing the towels in each bathroom)
- woods for fireplace at 28 euros per 1 quintal/220.50 lb.

ATTENTION: If you are staying 14 nights, it is mandatory that you will pay for an additional total cleaning of the house that will be made after the first 7 nights. Price will be 70 Euros for the whole SCUDERIE and 80 Euros for the whole VILLINO.

We rent to max 12 persons at once.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Bookings must be made care of IL VILLINO E LE SCUDERIE - Mrs. Gianna or her appointee - Tel. +39 055 854 7395 - E.mail info@ilvillinoelescuderie.it. Bookings shall be considered valid under the following conditions: 1) Advanced-payment of 50% of the total amount due. This pre-payment can be made by means of bank transference only, and within the deadline we will write you; if you fail the deadline, we reserve ourselves the right to cancel your booking. The total balance is due on arrival to our place, before the start of rental and it can be paid only cash. If you prefer not to bring with you all that cash, you may settle the balance by paying it by bank transference at least 15-20 days before your arrival date (we need this time in order to check that the money has arrived on our account). 2) On our receipt of pre-payment, we will send the client his booking confirmation, valid for the names and the period written thereon. It is prohibited to transfer the booking to others or to show up in a greater number of persons than those indicated. In these circumstances the owner can refuse access to the persons in excess or may decide to cancel your booking without notice; in any case, the pre-payment will not be refunded.

PRICES & INFORMATION

Il Villino and Le Scuderie are available for vacation rental either separately or together. If you rent them together, you will be the only guests at our place to enjoy all our facilities and a total privacy!!
The standard rental period is one week, from Saturday to Saturday, or periods multiple of a week. For shorter rental periods, please contact us via email and we will make our best to satisfy your requests.

Our prices go from 1.500,00 to 3.500,00 euros per week per each villa, depending on the season and on the number of adult persons and children. PLEASE CONTACT US TO INFO@ILVILLINOELESCUDERIE.IT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PERSONAL OFFER. Furthermore, in some period of the year we have some special discounts, so please contact us with your enquiry! Thank you!
